Shawarma Chicken

Shawarma spiced roast chicken on a tomato and mozzarella base. Once out of the oven it’s finished with chopped tomato and cucumber, pickled red cabbage and red onion, garlic and mint yoghurt sauce, sriracha (hot chilli sauce) and fresh mint.
